Our Lady of the Lake.

This bust of Abraham Lincoln sits on the corner of 69th and Wolcott. It was put there in 1923. The lot behind was the Lincoln Gas Station. The owner, Phil Blomquist, commissioned and had the statue placed on the parkway.
